How to Use the ACF Options Page Feature

Avada Conditional Rendering and dynamic data are used so the banner only appears when enabled, and its scrolling marquee content is populated directly from the repeater field. This setup allows non-technical users to update global content safely and efficiently without accessing the Avada Builder.
